Renaissance Esmeralda Resort & Spa, Indian Wells

The room was big and nice. Breakfast - good variety as well as helpfull staff during it. Friendly and helpfull manager at the Loby.

Overall the service was very good . One room service meal some food we ordered was missing and there wasn't enough silverware /napkins as requested for the number of people ordering.But for the most part the food was very good at Cava and through room service. The rooms were very clean & nice views . I only wish we would've had some furniture (chairs) on balcony to sit out. I had a massage at hotel Spa which was also very nice.

We really liked the convenience and quality of the food for breakfast. This CAVA restaurant was easy to get to and seating was quick. The wait staff was very friendly and helpful.

Nice large property with large and comfortable rooms. The hibiscus iced tea test was available in the lobby was the best ever

Everything about this resort was excellent from the valet to check-in was easy , the pool was great with poolside fast service, and the food was delicious. The bar was fun with cool bartenders, All the servers and waiters were very kind and helpful, and room service was perfect . I would definitely recommend this resort.
